Go to Bonfire Academy

Use the Bonfire Token Gate App to grant pass holders exclusive discounts on your Shopify store.

⚠️ To use this integration to it’s fullest potential, we recommend you create 1-3 passes on Bonfire so you can use them on the Bonfire Token Gate App. These passes will be required for fans to unlock their discounts on Shopify. Learn more about passes here.

1. Navigate to your Shopify Store Dashboard.
2. Click on the search bar and type ‘Bonfire’.
3. From the drop down, choose "Search "Bonfire" in Shopify App Store".

4. Click on the Bonfire app on the Shopify App Store.

5. Click Install and go through the installation process.

6. Once you’re done with the installation process, you will land on the Bonfire App dashboard. If not, you can always find the Bonfire App on the search bar and even pin it to your navigation menu on the left.
7. In the Bonfire Ap Dashboard click Connect Account. We recommend logging in to your account on a different tab before connecting your account to Shopify.

8. Click Continue.
9. Click Product Gates on the navogation menu on the left.

10. Click + Product Gate to create a new discount gate for you pass holders.

11. Click Choose Product to select any product or products from your Shopify store. This is where you will select which items from you inventory qualify for discounts.

12. Select a product or products. and click Add.
13. Now under the offers section, click Select to choose a pass to grant discounts to. This is the pass that will be required to unlock the discount.

14. Click the percentage field to add the desired dicount you want to grant pass holders.

15. If you want, you can click on Add Offer to add more pass tiers with different discounts (i.e. Diamond Pass gets 30% and Gold Pass gets 15%).

16. Once you’re done, click Create Product Gate.
17. You’ve created the product gate gate, but now you need to add the Bonfire widget to the products on your store. Under the Sales Channels section, go to Online Store.

18. Click Customize to edit your online store.
19. On your top menu bar, click on Homepage and select the product you want to customize.

20. Go to Add Block on your navigation menu and add the Bonfire Token Gate App. It should be under the Apps tab.

21. After adding the widget, you can now Click Save.
22. Congrats, you have now added the Bonfire Token Gate to one of your products on Shopify. If you want to add it to more products, follow the same exact process for each one. You can click on the 3-dot menu on your store themes to preview your product and give the widget a test run.

24. Now you can add this page as a hyperlink to your navigation bar on your Bonfire site and let your pass holders enjoy the discounts.
